Hey! Coincidentally on my favorite show last night, my boyfriend (Anthony Bordain) was in India. It was fascinating. Everything looked really good except I am a little iffy on the grilled lung and fried brains.
Unfortunately, right after his show they aired a story of some girls from England backpacking in India who were kidnapped and it made me a little nervous for you! Apparently you can’t trust someone just because they speak English very well and are very friendly! Be careful and please document all your food experiences so I can live (eat) vicariously through you!
